Olmos Park Youth Commission (OPYC) is a registered 501c3 non-profit youth leadership and service organization. OPYC was founded in 2018 by 41 young Olmos Park residents (visit OlmosParkYC.com for the official list).
Since then, members have given more than 2000 volunteer service hours through activities inspired by OPYC’s pillars of leadership, citizenship, service, community building and enterprise.
Annually, OPYC maintains a membership of approx. 50-60 members who reside in the neighborhood and attend various schools or are home schooled. There are no requirements for membership or participation in activities other than residing in Olmos Park.
